  • Due to high demand, your chosen hours may not be available, if this occurs you will be assigned a new time slot half an hour before or after your original choice.
  • There may be a queue at the observation deck.

General Information:
  • Pick up is up to the client as it is a private service.
  • This price includes pick-up from any of the hotels and apartments in the city, and from the port of Dubai (Port Rashid). Any Dubai airport pickup will be available from the Holiday Inn Airport hotel. Finally, for pick-ups at the Bab Al Shams, Al Maha, Jebel Ali, or any other resorts, there will be an additional charge.
  • It is mandatory to bring a digital or physical copy of the ticket.
  • It is mandatory to present a valid ID or passport at the entrance
  • This ticket includes access to the 124th-floor observatory
  • To go up to the 148th floor there is a supplement

Operation hours:
  • Every day from 09:00 to 23:00
  • The "sunset" slot has a price supplement

Cancellation policy:
  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start of the tour.

Children policy:
  • Children under 4 years old free entry
  • Between 4-12 years charged at child rate
  • Over 12 years old are considered adults
